Free trombone choir performance at BYU Nov. 13

A trombone choir will perform in a free concert Saturday, Nov. 13, at 7:30 p.m. in Brigham Young University's Madsen Recital Hall.

The choir, consisting of a 19-member trombone ensemble, will perform under the baton of Will Kimball.

They will begin the performance with 'Posaunenstadt' by Eric Ewazen and 'Ave Verum' by Mozart. They will then perform 'Africa' by David Paich and Jeff Porcaro. After an intermission, they will perform 'Jupiter' from 'The Planets Suite' by Gustav Holst. That will be followed by Edvard Grieg's 'Aase's Death' from 'Peer Gynt' and 'Three Love Songs' by Daniel Gawthrop.
