April 2009 Graduation Information

Commencement/Inaguration

This is a large devotional for all university graduates, family and friends. Processional information is as follows:

3:00 pm	Graduates assemble in the North parking lot of the Administration Building
3:30 pm	Processional to the Marriott Center
4:00-6:00 pm	Commencement/Inauguration Exercises

College Convocation Ceremonies

Friday, April 24, 2009.

8:00 am	Communications and Theatre and Media Arts - Please be in the HFAC tunnel (by KBYU Studios) no later than 7:15 am. The actual ceremony will begin at 8 am sharp!
11:00 am	Music, Music Dance Theatre and Visual Arts - Please be in the HFAC tunnel (by KBYU Studios) no later than 10:15 am. The actual ceremony will begin at 11 am sharp!

When you arrive in the tunnel, Advisement Center personnel will give you a colored card with your name on it. Please keep this card with you at all times. (THIS CARD WILL BE USED DURING THE CONVOCATION EXERCISES.)

While you are in the tunnel, Advisement Center ushers will help place you in line with your department. (PLEASE STAY IN YOUR SPECIFIC DEPARTMENTS)
THE LINE IS NOT ALPHABETICAL. After everyone is in line, you will file (single file) onto the deJong stage where you will be seated. If you are late, you will not be seated with your specific department, but at the end of an unoccupied row.

NOTE: Men will remove their caps during the prayers. Women will not remove their caps.
