‘Pablo and Friends’ Performing at BYU and Celebrating the Passion, Rhythm and Romance of Spanish Music
After a sold-out solo recital, internationally renowned Spanish guitarist Pablo Sáinz-Villegas returns to BYU’s BRAVO! Professional Performing Arts Series with a new program, “Pablo & Friends.” Known for his expressive artistry and global appeal, Sáinz-Villegas will take audiences on a musical journey through Spain, performing alongside a trio of musicians on percussion, bass and guitar.
The performance celebrates the rich and diverse culture of Spain through a collection of the fieriest, most evocative and romantic pieces ever written for guitar. Blending virtuosic performance with storytelling, Sáinz-Villegas and his ensemble will invite audiences to experience the passion, rhythm and emotion of Spanish music in an intimate and immersive concert.
“I’ve worked with Pablo Sáinz-Villegas multiple times now and am always impressed by his incredible talent and gracious demeanor,” said Lyndsey Keith, BRAVO! producer and presenter. “He is truly a treasure to the guitar community and beyond!”
Whether you’re a classical music enthusiast or simply seeking an unforgettable cultural evening, “Pablo & Friends” promises to be a highlight of the season.
