Free Brass Chamber Night at BYU Dec. 8

Brigham Young University’s School of Music will be presenting a “Brass Chamber Night” Tuesday, Dec. 8, at 7:30 p.m. in the Madsen Recital Hall. This event is free.

Students will be performing a number of different works beginning with “Scarborough Fair” arranged by Bill Reichenbach. They will then perform “August” by Michael Davis, “Nessun Dorma” by Giacomo Puccini and “2002: Three Movements for Four Trombones” by James Kazik. A series of quartets and quintets for trombone, brass and horn will also be featured.
