Brigham Young University requests permission to use the photos and writings you have submitted related to scholarships, study abroad, or internships. This includes your photos taken at events, interviews, lectures, or labs. This will allow faculty, staff, students, and other interested parties to benefit from the public use of your materials.

I hereby grant to BYU the permission to publish, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute my photos and writings. Such uses may also include the following:

1. Printing in university-related publications;
2. Posting on university websites;
3. Distributing in university electronic databases;
4. Incorporating into correspondence, marketing, and informational materials;
