We recognize that donated funds are precious–even sacred–we strive to use them wisely. We also study and consider carefully as we determine the strategic priorities for the college. Then, each of these priorities are approved by BYU’s President’s Council, and its Board of Trustees, which is led by the First Presidency of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Thank you for considering a gift to the College of Fine Arts and Communications.
OUR CURRENT TOP APPROVED PRIORITIES FOR DONATED FUNDS INCLUDE:
|College Annual Fund||To place resources where the need is the greatest, and enable flexibility for unforeseen future opportunities.|
|Academic Department||Enabling each department to place resources where the need is the greatest.|
|Internship Support||Enabling students to launch careers in leading communication positions.|
|Scholarships||In every academic department, allowing students to focus on their disciplines and develop their abilities in extremely competitive fields.|
|Museum of Art Endowment||From the research and study of the artworks in our collection, to the teaching and learning that occurs in our classrooms and galleries, the museum plays an important role in the academic pursuits of many students.
