Are comic-book mythologies becoming the new morality of the 21st Century? The upcoming contemporary art exhibition at the BYU Museum of Art, 'We Could Be Heroes: The Mythology of Monsters and Heroes in Contemporary Art,' delves into this growing captivation with super heroes and monsters in contemporary pop culture.

The Nelda C. and H.J. Lutcher Stark Foundation of Orange, Texas, will present 11 mural-sized Minerva Teichert paintings to the Brigham Young University Museum of Art Friday, Dec. 7. A ceremony to accept these works will take place in the museum at 11:15 a.m.

Students should be aware that Brigham Young University has made an important policy change that could affect future education and graduation. Once a student has 75 earned BYU credit hours (excluding language exam credits), they will not be allowed to change their major, unless special permission is granted.
