Cagen Tregeagle is an MDT major and company member of @byucdt. One of his proudest accomplishments at BYU was choreographing and being the Dance Captain for BYU Young Ambassadors. "It was a dream come true to work with the company I had admired my whole life," he said.
"Dance is my entire life. My mom owns a dance studio and my entire family has been dancing since we could walk. It has been such an integral part of my life that I couldn’t imagine what I would do without it." Tregeagle said being part of @byucdt has helped him grow, "Being able to delve into the detail of every movement and learn what I am capable of doing has been incredible. I wouldn’t trade it for anything else in the world."
Tregeagle said there's one misconception about his discipline he'd like to clarify. "I want people to know that being nice isn’t something you have to sacrifice in pursuit of success. Life isn’t only about the titles/roles/companies you are in. Don’t let the 'way of the business' make you think that you are anything less for being nice to people."
