"Being an artist is all about being excited about lots of little things. I feel like my truest artist self when I see beauty in a piece of trash on the street or witness a funny interaction at the gas station- most of all it Is about being an active observer."

In addition to finding inspiration in life's simple joys, @byuart student Eleanor Larson says the biggest thing she has learned at BYU is that every person has something to teach her. You can follow her art page @eleanorasart to see more of how she uses her artwork to express herself!

"I am inspired by the color pink, my relationship with my Heavenly Parents, and my heartaches! I’ve been using my art to express myself most recently in a new endeavor to learn to sew my own clothes, painting landscapes, and engaging in a little dance therapy before bed!"
