Raegan Nelson is a Dance Education major who believes that everyone, if they are able, should dance! "I wish I could shout to the world that no matter what your background is or what you look like, you have every right to be in a classroom and better yourself as a dancer. I remember having doubt about myself as a dancer because I did not have as much training as other dancers or have a typical 'dancer body,' and I wish I would have learned much earlier to let that go. It is never too late to start!"
Dance gives her the opportunity to be limitless and evolving.
"It is the most exhilarating feeling to feel my body come alive with movement and challenge it to do things that it has never done before. I feel so passionate about teaching and want to inspire my future students just like my teachers and professors have inspired me.
