Season 3
Students and faculty worked together to create a magazine and film documentary about the Black 14’s history and humanitarian efforts. The Black 14 created the “Mind, Body and Soul Initiative,” a program that fights food scarcity. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints partners with the Black 14 to provide food for communities. BYU communications students produced a documentary that is being used across the nation to show how things like race, gender and religion can be catalysts of connection rather than fault lines of contention.
