Season 3
BYU School of Communications students and faculty worked together to create a magazine and film documentary about the Black 14’s history and humanitarian efforts. The Black 14 created the “Mind, Body and Soul Initiative,” a program that fights food scarcity, and partnered with the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints to provide food for communities nationwide. The BYU School of Communications’ documentary is being used across the nation to show how race, gender and religion can be catalysts of connection rather than fault lines of contention. Watch the original documentary and read its accompanying Daily Universe article here.
