BYU Blast

Begin your winter semester with one of the most unique campus performances of the year. "BYU Blast!" is a student/faculty collaborative concert featuring over 25 various ensemble and solo offerings that perform short, engaging works in quick succession. This year’s performance will include the BYU Wind Symphony, BYU Chamber Orchestra, BYU Singers, Opera Ensemble, Harp Ensemble, Bassoon Ensemble, Mountain Strings, Cello Ensemble, Trumpet Ensemble, Clarinet Choir, Jazz Ensemble, Faculty Harp Quartet, Trombone Choir, Serenade Woodwind Quintet, Bocal Point, American Folk Ensemble, Orpheus Winds, Horn Choir, Tangents Percussion Quartet, Flute Choir, and a host of student and faculty soloists. Come and enjoy a musical evening like no other with "BYU Blast!"

BYU Philharmonic: Evening of Concertos

The Evening of Concertos will showcase the top instrumentalists and singers in the School of Music including the Philharmonic Orchestra.

The BYU Philharmonic Orchestra is led by a School of Music faculty member and conductor Nathan Haines. About the concert, he said, “It’s been a privilege to work with these brilliant musicians as they prepare their concertos. They truly represent the best of what BYU music has to offer and I can’t wait to share their talents on such a big stage with the BYU Philharmonic.”
