Sara White currently serves in the BYU College of Fine Arts and Communications, where she enjoys helping students navigate career exploration, professional development, and major life decisions with confidence and purpose. Her background includes work in education, mentoring, language and cultural programs, and student support. She especially enjoys helping students thoughtfully explore possibilities, identify meaningful next steps, and design lives and careers that align with their values, strengths, and goals.

Prior to her current role, Sara worked in the David M. Kennedy Center for International Studies, where she supported students’ professional development through teaching the Designing Your Life-based course, coordinating Model Arab League, and leading the internship course. Across each of her roles, she has emphasized mentoring, communication, and cross-cultural engagement. She brings a thoughtful, relationship-centered approach to career development and values helping students find direction without feeling pressure to have everything figured out all at once.

Outside of work, she enjoys community and church involvement, cooking and baking, languages and culture, and spending time with her husband and two children.
