Megan Arné and Joselyn Torbenson explored what it means to be an artist while collaborating in Kirsi Mikkola’s studio
Art students Megan Mitchell Arné and Joselyn Torbenson had their own unique journeys that lead them to art. Despite different paths they both ended up interning with Kirsi Mikkola in Berlin. Both student said the experience had an immense impact on their lives.
“Working with Mikkola was an exploration into what it means to be an artist,” said Arné as she explained how Mikkola treats art more as a passion rather than just a job or occupation.
