Living Legends spent three weeks touring Germany and Switzerland. The group has strong ties with Germany, especially.
Janielle Christensen, the director of Living Legends said it was very rewarding to interact with German citizens who remember when Living Legends came to Germany 30 years ago when the country was still behind the Iron Curtain. These people brought their children and grandchildren to the performance and showed Living Legends members programs and postcards from old shows.
'Hearing stories of how Living Legends brought light and joy and hope to the members of the Church in Germany is very rewarding,' said Christensen. 'Realizing that the parents of several of our current students are among the names and pictures on these programs is a testament to the final message of our show: 'We are Living Legends, here to carry on the dreams of our forefathers beyond this generation to future generations.'”
