BYU School of Music plans evening of opera scenes Feb. 20-23

Brigham Young University opera students will perform select scenes from celebrated Italian operas Wednesday through Saturday, Feb. 20-23, at 7:30 p.m. in the Madsen Recital Hall. Admission is free.

Students will perform scenes from La Traviata, Rigoletto, Falstaff, Nabucco, Il Trovatore, and Don Carlos by Giuseppe Verdi; La Bohèmeand Gianni Schicci by Giacomo Puccini; and Don Pasquale by Gaetano Donizetti.

Directors include Lawrence Vincent, J. Arden Hopkin, Diane Reich, Darrell Babidge and Alan Ord.
