Theatre Arts Education graduate from April 2023
When I came to BYU, I was a history major taking theatre classes for fun. The more classes I took in the TMA department, the more I felt like that was the place I needed to be. I decided to apply for the Theatre Education major and because of that decision, I've had so many wonderful experiences like being the dramaturg for BYU's virtual production of North Star, playing Logan in The Thanksgiving Play for Contemporary Voices, directing my own production, and student teaching at Mountain Ridge Junior High. In each of these experiences, I learned so much about the art I chose to study, but I also learned how to better love and serve all God's children. I will always be grateful for my time at BYU!
