The College of Fine Arts and Communications Announces BYU OnStage
In anticipation of the completion of the new Arts Building, the BYU College of Fine Arts and Communications (CFAC) is excited to announce the rebrand of BYU Arts to BYU OnStage. To accompany the new name, there will be a new website where patrons can view upcoming events, read about department news and find tickets.
“The name change from BYU Arts to BYU OnStage ushers in a new era for the College of Fine Arts and Communications,” said Ed Adams, dean of the College of Fine Arts and Communications.
The decision to rebrand is based on patron feedback and research gathered by the BYU Marriott School Marketing Lab.
“BYU OnStage represents our efforts to refresh and refocus, bringing patrons the same high-caliber programming and performances under a new brand,” said Adams. “Students of the College of Fine Arts and Communications (CFAC) continue to embrace both the spiritual and the secular through their artistic practice, and we look forward to sharing that with you through BYU OnStage.”
