Photography Request Form

Three photo shoots are available to each department every semester. The photo request must relate to the goals of External Relations: to tell the stories of students, faculty , and experiential learning in the college, to promote funding for the college, or to encourage recognition of the things happening within the college. Please strategically pick what you will have photographed each semester and let us know well in advance.

IF NECESSARY, PLEASE HAVE INVOLVED PERSONS FILL OUT A RELEASE FORM.

Do the hosts/participants of the event know in advance that there will be a photographer there?

Has this content been approved by the department or school leadership?
Do we have permission to photograph in this space?
Do participants know they are being photographed/do you have a photo release form?
